As you know (or not) I am a big fan of the opportunities that offers the web in relation to the audiovisual sector. In fact, thanks to the web, new forms of audiovisual arrive and change the gives of the current offer proposed mainly by the television. This translates to the content published on the Smads , on Youtube or even with so-called transmedia.
This changes the game from a point of view artistic of course but also and above all economic (the new mode of consumption and, therefore, funding )
I’d like so speak with you today an event dedicated to the creation of audiovisual Web !
This event, this is the Web Program Festival international and French-speaking, which is to hold its 7th edition on 21 and 22 march 2016, at the theatre du Gymnase in Paris.
This festival put in competition with programs from all over the world, whose only conditions are to be dubbed or subtitled in French and not to have been broadcast on classic television. The votes are open to the public for the section General public, you can also visualize the films in competition here and vote for your favorites (voting is open until march 22). I urge you to take a look because there are actually designs very nice ! 🙂
The Web Program Festival, it is also round tables, calls for projects (right of project development), conferences, as well as a competition of the professional Jury, which assembled a committee of eminent personalities from the audiovisual and the internet.
During the closing evening, which will take place on march 22, the 9 the Jury prize will be awarded as well as the favorite of the jury.
Here is the program, the accreditation is possible for students and professionals.
Note that as for the cross video day, I’ll be there to cover the event 😉 so you can expect to receive a small report as well as several interviews inspiring to understand how video and the web are creating together the world professional in the audiovisual sector of tomorrow.
Do not hesitate to express in the comments, tell us about the project that inspires you the most or to give us your opinion on the revolution that we are experiencing in the audiovisual sector.
