Slowly tap your GoGet smartcard over this sticker and you will hear the doors unlock. Open the door and the keys can be found on a retractable cord below the steering wheel. IMPORTANT: During your booking, you will lock and unlock the car using your GoGet smartcard, don’t take the keys out of the car.

Does GoGet include insurance?

Insurance is included with GoGet, but like every insurance deal, there is an amount you are liable for in case of an accident. That amount depends on how old you are, or if you choose to reduce your liability by paying extra on your bookings.

Do you have to return a GoGet car to the same place?

You must return your car to its home location at the end of your booking. If you are unable to return the vehicle back to the allocated pod, because another car is parked there or some other obstruction, text 0427 777 769 with the car’s name, number plate and its new parking spot.

If you pick up a smart card, you can join GoGet and be in a car on the same day! Sign up online, and elect to pick up a smart card from a pickup location near you. Once you’ve got your smart card, log in to our website and follow the yellow banner to activate it, and you’ll be good to go!

Can you leave a GoGet car anywhere?

Returning the car to a different pod, or deliberately leaving the car elsewhere, will incur a minimum $95 call-out fee, to cover the cost of our Fleet Team returning the car to the pod. If the car is left in an area outside of our network you may also be liable for all costs associated with the recovery of the car.
