Are Hagon Shocks any good?
The shock came with straightforward fitting instructions and a very clear guide on how to adjust it. I’ve done about a thousand miles since on the Tengai, and my bike feels so much more pleasurable to ride than it was with the old shock. I can’t fault Hagon’s service or the quality of the shock in slightest.

Should I fit Hagon 2810s to my T120?
Having convinced myself that the handling of my T120 could be improved I decided to fit some Hagon 2810s. Not as flash as Nitros but I figured I wasn’t ever going to use their potential in the first place so I saved myself a couple of hundred quid. How should I fit my Hagon twin shocks?
All twin shocks should be fitted with washers larger than the rubber brushes for added security. Also ensure shock absorbers have clearance throughout their full stroke. Hagon Twin Shocks with 3 position preload adjusters are supplied set at their softest setting. A spanner/wrench is provided to adjust for extra loads if required.
Are Hagon torque wrenches any good?
I rang Hagon and as been reported elsewhere they were very helpful. In fact after explaining I was a short arse we decided to try a pair which were shorter than standard. They built some that were 1cm shorter than stock and they duly arrived 2 days later. I’ve just fitted them today after acquiring a Norbar torque wrench from eBay.
