Does the Disney College Program help you get a job at Disney?

What is it like to live in Vista Way?
All of the apartments have a living room space (definitely large by European standards) and an open-plan style kitchen and dining table. Vista Way will often see up to 4 people sharing 1 bathroom, unlike most of the other apartment complexes where generally only 2 (or 3, if there is a bunk bed) will share a bathroom.
