PS: I am a student of IIT Roorkee but not in Biotech. Not exactly by the name of Biotechnology but the same course is taught in Madras, Roorkee, BHU, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kharagpur and Delhi as of 2014 admissions. No branch is bad at IIT and all the hype made by CS just because of the money they get through initial campus placements.
