Travel from Darnassus to Ironforge or Stormwind (The portal looks like a hazy pink tent under a tree.) From there you can take a Boat (the southern boat) to Stormwind Harbor in Stormwind City. You can catch a free ride on the Deeprun Tram in the Dwarven District of Stormwind that will take you to Ironforge.

Ironforge will remain the main one naturally. More compact – easier access to trainers, professions, battlegrounds. In SW it is very annoying to walk the SW keep for battlegrounds and other things are very spread out. Easier and faster to get out of IF for duels compared to SW (main door is so far away)
