I have multiple 70-99% torrents stuck for over several months now, particularly ones from demonoid before it went down. I remember back in 2012s a service called btReannouncer where you can upload a torrent file and download new one with new trackers, I checked that service and it’s dead.

btReAnnouncer can also be used to find public sources for otherwise private torrents, just don’t forget to remove any passkeys etc from the announce URL in the torrent. How to download reannounced torrents?
