Is GREY light or dark transfer paper?
You can use the light transfer paper on coloured backgrounds if the image is SIGNIFICANTLY darker than the background. So if you have black text on grey shirt, you can use the light. If your image has multi colours and you want the image to reproduce accurately on the garment, you will need the dark paper.
Will dark colored transfer paper be used for any color?
In general terms, a dark image works on light coloured shirts but a light image will only work well on white. When transferring an image printed on the dark transfer paper, the image on the garment will look EXACTLY as it appears on the paper, INCLUDING all the white edges and spaces in between the image.
