Their names ? J. J. Abrams (Star Trek, Mission Impossible 3) and Damon Lindelof (the series Lost). Filming of the first part – there are 7 – scheduled for the beginning of 2010.

For info, the storyline of The Dark Tower may seem super simple : a guy obsessed with the trigger finds its salvation and its purpose in a single place, a strange dark tower. Except that now, with King, it is anything but simple.
