The adventures of the masked avenger “Hornet Green” and Kato, his companion martial arts expert. Remember this tv series of the 60s which has been broadcast to us via Canal+ in 1986, with the actors Van Williams and especially Bruce Lee as Kato.
Michel Gondry (The Science Of Dreams, Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind) had decided to adapt for the cinema, with as main actors Seth Rogen (Britt Reid / The Hornet Green – he is also a screenwriter of the film), Jay Chou (Kato), Cameron Diaz and Nicolas Cage. The output was scheduled for July 7, 2010, yes, but Sony, the film’s distributor, has announced the offset of the feature film at 7 December 2010, 5 months. No official reason was forthcoming, however.
