The manhwa Priest will be on the big screen for a planned release next year…
Priest was published for the first time in 1998 in the magazine Comic Field and is published in France to Editions Tokebi. This manhwa brings to the scene Ivan Isaak and tells the story of the man who sold half his soul to the devil, and that by this choice, should serve him : it is just the stooge of the devil.
At the helm of this film adaptation, Scott Stewart, to whom we owe the special effects of films like Iron Man, Die Hard 4 – Back In Hell, Pirates Of the Caribbean 2 and 3, Grindhouse , or the Night At The Museum. But he is also the director of Legion, which will be released on march 17, 2010 in our beautiful region.
For the cast, names that are circulating : Cam Gigandet (Twilight, Pandorum), Paul Bettany (Iron Man 2, Legion) and Maggie Q (Die Hard 4 – Back In Hell, Mission Impossible 3).
