What is EasyPayXpress pay per ride plan?
The Pay-Per-Ride mode applies a discount to each ride that is equivalent to the bonus. Whenever your EasyPayXpress balance goes below $20, your credit/debit card will be used to replenish your account with $45.
How do I cancel my MetroCard?
Call 511 and we will deactivate your MetroCard and send you a new one with the remaining fare value at the time of deactivation. Allow two/three weeks to receive your replacement card.
How does EasyPay work?
Simply fill in your EasyPay number, a payment reference and the amount you wish to pay. Click “Pay Now” to continue. Alternatively you can add accounts to your list of beneficiaries below and pay from that list instead.
Can I check the balance of my MetroCard online?
Since you can’t currently check your Metrocard balance online, you’ll need to go to a subway station or check your balance on the bus. If you’re at a New York subway station booth reader, swipe your card and read your balance and expiration date on the screen.
Can I get a refund on a MetroCard?
We don’t provide refunds for MetroCards while the transit system continues to operate. However, you still have options for using your card later.
Is MetroCard refundable?
