Why is my phone not working in Canada?
You may have a problem connecting to one of our roaming partners in Canada if automatic carrier selection is turned off in your phone’s settings. Make sure Airplane Mode or Flight Mode is turned off. The SaskTel selectWI-FI network may not work properly when the temperature is below -20C. On a laptop, you may get a certificate issue or a warning saying the connection is insecure or untrusted. This is due to the way sites such as Google, Yahoo, and Facebook handle traffic redirection.
