Spike Brewing LLC was founded by Ben Caya, a 2012 graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. We’re proudly located in Milwaukee, WI; the beer capital of the US with a proud manufacturing history. Spike Brewing was started in 2011 to make a few extra bucks for Ben’s weekend beer fund.

How do you clean a spike solo?

We recommend mixing 2oz of ABW to 1 gallon of warm water. This solution can be used to scrub the kettles clean, soak accessories and/or run through your system to clean hoses, valves, etc. After cleaning rinse with warm water and you’ll be set for your next brew day.
