The pitch : Los Angeles, 1920s. Alexandria, age five, is admitted to hospital following a fall. She befriends Roy, a stuntman in Hollywood, also the victim of an accident. The young man launches into the story of an epic story with governor Odious and the 5 fantastic committed to the fight. Very quickly, the border between reality and this world of dazzling magic and myths starts to disappear when the small Alexandra realized that there is a real issue…
The Fall was directed by Tarsem Singh (The Cell) with Lee Pace (Miss Pettigrew, Reasons Of State), Catinca Untaru (the first film) and Justine Waddell (Chaos, The One And Only).
The film is released on DVD today, August 12, 2009.
