Can you swim at Karon Beach Phuket?
The southern end of Karon Beach is the best area for snorkeling. From November through to April the water is crystal clear, calm and great for swimming. However if your planning a holiday from May to October, Karon Beach Phuket can be very dangerous and unsuitable for swimming.

Is Carpe Diem Centara Karon a good resort?
Was an ok resort due to proximity to shops and the Carpe Diem team is very upbeat and gives much holiday atmosphere to this resort. However we stayed at a much nicer resort before arriving at Centara, the service level and customer service training accorded by the staff there obviously overshadows Centara Karon.
What is the hotel Karon like to stay at?
The hotel is clean and facilities are well maintained. It is an older style property, but for Karon it is probably one of the better hotels . Breakfast was buffet style with a good variety.
