Does Karadors ability reduce commander tax?
Yes, you get the discount. It’s the same reason Karador, Ghost Chieftain frequently only costs BGW to cast, even after he’s died a few times. Just like a kicker cost, or any other card with an additional casting cost, it can’t be reduced by these types of abilities.
