Leo Handler comes out of prison, he returns home with the intention to stay in the ranks. The new husband of his aunt, uncle Frank, leads the Electric Rail Corporation, the company managing the subway in Queens. It gives him work, and Willie and his faithful friend introduced him to the methods of the company. Leo is witness to the methods mafia of this flourishing enterprise ; and very quickly he becomes the bearer of a secret that makes him the next target of his own family.
