What are Gami injectors?
GAMIjector® fuel injectors and TurboGAMIjector® fuel injectors are fuel injection nozzles designed to deliver specific amounts of fuel to each individual cylinder that will compensate for the fuel/air imbalance inherent in the fundamental design of the engine fuel/air systems.

How do you clean Gami injectors?
Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and Periodic Maintenance: GAMI recommends removal and cleaning of the nozzles at normal intervals of 100-200 hours. Nozzles may be soaked in an appropriate solvent such as Gunk carburetor cleaner or Hoppe’s #9 Gun Solvent, followed by blowing off with an air nozzle.
What is a good Gami spread?

How do you calculate Gami spread?
The GAMI Spread is calculated by determining at what total engine fuel flow each cylinder reaches peak exhaust gas temperature (EGT) and subtracting the lowest flow from the highest flow. Most engines are considered to have good fuel/air ratio balance if the GAMI Spread is less than 0.5 gph.
Can a car run on avgas?
The Main Difference Between Gas and Avgas: Lead Avgas still contains lead because a suitable alternative hasn’t been found yet, despite years of testing. Using leaded avgas in a modern car would ruin components such as the catalytic converter. Conversely, Jet-A wouldn’t work in a gas engine.
