The entire trilogy lacks plot and imagination. I mean, Ally Condie didn’t even bother to give her world interesting names – they’re just called The Society, The Rising, The Pilot. I just couldn’t stand to read this by the end of the novel. The conclusion to the trilogy is entirely unsatisfying.
