The pitch : a new york Lawyer David Owen can no longer bear the noise, never-ending city, and above all the alarms of the cars, which are triggered inadvertently, day or night.
Decided to finish with the “terrorism” of the sound, he dresses up as a vigilante masked and sign his misdeeds in the name of the “Rectifier”.
But its business of rectifier of wrong might destroy his family and his work and he is already attracting the ire of the mayor of the city Mr. Schneer.
Noise has been directed by Henry Bean (Danny Balint) with Tim Robbins (The City Of The Shadows, A Family Story), William Hurt (The Incredible Hulk, the series Damages) and Bridget Moynahan (Blackout, Terror In The Savanna).
