Synopsis
Two rival gangs, the Baxter, arms traffickers, and Rojo, who smuggle alcohol, fight for supremacy and the domination of the city of San Miguel, to the south of the u.s.-mexican border. A stranger, dressed in a poncho, arrived at the back of a mule in this small town and comes between the two bands. Offering its services to Rojo, the alien will very quickly take advantage of both camps at once, to the great joy of the manufacturer of coffins Piripero.

Synopsis
Volume 2 opens with the arrival of Bill to the chapel at Two Pines (in El Paso, Texas), to the great surprise of the Bride, and a conversation begins between the two of them, the Bride confirming it with Bill, who reproached him for his sudden disappearance, that it shall definitively adopt the profession of killer for hire. Shortly after, the other members of the Detachment International Vipers Assassins arrive on the scene and start the massacre.
Four years later, we find Budd (Michael Madsen), brother of Bill and also a former partner of the Bride, who now works as a bouncer in a strip club and Bill warns that it is the next one on the list. The Bride comes in for the kill during the night, but Budd, on his guard, the surprise and shoot him with the gun to salt. It phone, then to Her Driver, to sell him the katana of the Bride for the sum of one million of dollars, and bury alive this last inside a coffin.
A flashback then shows Bill and the Bride, who is also his lover, travelling to China for the Bride to follow the teaching of Pai Mei (Gordon Liu), a legendary master of martial arts methods are very brutal. The Bride then follows a long and difficult learning with Pai Mei, and eventually earn his respect.
The church, located in the desert Mojaves near Lancaster (California), having served as the filming location for the chapel of Two Pines.
Back in the present, the Bride, locked up in his coffin, uses a technique that he has learned from Pai Mei to break out of his situation and eventually succeeded in breaking the coffin to the force of repeated blows with his hand. The next morning, Her Driver arrives at Budd’s, while the Bride is watching, and, when Budd opens the suitcase supposed to contain money, he is bitten by a black mamba whose venom kills in minutes. While It Driver is going, she is attacked by the Bride (whose real name, Beatrix Kiddo, which is revealed) and a fierce battle ensues, after which the Bride tears the eye remaining of Her Driver before leaving her to her fate, and black mamba remained close.
Having finally learned where Bill was, Beatrix Kiddo visits him and discovers with amazement that his daughter, known as B. B., is alive and has been raised by Bill, his father. All three spend the evening together, but Bill’s then pumped to Beatrix with a truth serum before asking questions. It teaches, by a new flashback, Beatrix has decided to quit his profession as an assassin in order to protect her unborn child. At the end of their conversation, Bill attack Beatrix, but it employs a secret technique from Pai Mei (he has agreed to teach that to her) and who kills his victim by making him explode in the heart, after it has done five not. Bill made his farewells to Beatrix, goes and collapses dead after five steps. Beatrix, his vengeance accomplished, then goes in and takes his daughter.
