The pitch : TRON is a 3D high-tech adventure in a digital world that is unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), the Tech-Savvy he is 27 years old and he is the son of Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges), looks into the disappearance of his father, and he finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has lived for 25 years. With Kevin as a loyal confidant (Olivia Wilde), father and son will launch out in a life and death in a visual journey stunning cyber universe that has become much more advanced but extremely dangerous.
Tron Legacy was directed by Joseph Kosinski with Jeff Bridges (Away We Go, Iron Man), Olivia Wilde (Year 1 – Harsh Beginnings, Alpha Dog) and Beau Garrett (The Witness in Love, The Fantastic 4 And The Silver Surfer).
The film will be released in the course of 2010.
